Refunds

What you are buying is not a file or a subscription you can stop using. It is a budget that starts being spent immediately: the listing goes on the board, real visitors click through, and their attention has already been delivered by the people who gave it. That cannot be returned.

By buying, you are asking for the clicks to be credited straight away, and you accept that this ends any right of withdrawal you would otherwise have had for a digital purchase.

That is a different thing and it is not a refund question. If you paid and the balance never moved, something on our side failed. Email us with the receipt and we will credit the clicks, or return the money if we cannot.

Same if you were credited the wrong amount: send the receipt and the correction is ours to make. Packs are 50 clicks each and the number credited is taken from what Polar recorded as sold, so a mismatch means a bug, not a disagreement.

A listing hidden for breaking the terms is not refunded. A listing removed for any other reason keeps whatever clicks it had left, and we will move them to another listing you name.

Polar is the merchant of record, so a dispute opened with your bank goes to them, not to us. Talk to us first — if something genuinely went wrong we will fix it faster than a chargeback will, and a chargeback removes the clicks from the listing regardless of where they have already been spent.
